1. No Refunds or Returns (Except for Damaged or Defective Products)
We follow a strict no-refund and no-return policy for all products once sold, except in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged
- The product is defective
- The product is not as described at the time of purchase
If any of the above issues occur, you may request a return or replacement.
2. Conditions for Accepting Returns
A return request will be approved only if all the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused and in original, unopened packaging.
- All original tags, labels, stickers, and accessories are intact.
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- You provide valid proof such as photos or videos of the damaged/defective product.
- A valid order ID/invoice is presented.
Products that show signs of use, tampering, or improper handling will not be eligible for return.
3. Return Process (For Eligible Cases Only)
If your product is damaged, defective, or not as described:
- Contact us at info@alerteefy.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share your order details and supporting photos/videos.
- After verification, our team will approve or reject the request.
- If approved, return the product unused with original packaging.
- Once inspected, we will process either:
- A replacement, or
- A refund (only if replacement is not possible)
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
Return/Refund will not be provided in the following cases:
- Product is used, damaged due to misuse, or altered after delivery
- Packaging is missing, opened, or not in original condition
- Wrong claims without valid proof
- Return request raised after 24 hours of delivery
- Buyer’s remorse (change of mind, dislike, wrong selection, etc.)
5. Refund Timeline (Only for Approved Cases)
If a refund is approved:
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take 5–7 business days after inspection
- Shipping costs are refundable only if the issue is due to our error
