Geographical Coverage: We ship & deliver within India only. We use 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) companies as our delivery partners.
Shipping Days: We ship orders Monday to Saturday each week; Sunday and public holidays are excluded from shipping days.
Shipping Timeline: All orders placed before 3 PM IST (on shipping days) are shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM IST are shipped out on the next shipping day. We try to deliver the order within 5 business days.
Our service partners occasionally face operational challenges in a few PIN codes. We try our best to update such changes on our website and inform our esteemed customers in case of orders placed for these PIN codes.
